Might be feeling a: fecalith. If constipation is the norm for you, it's best to hydrate, and consider using a stool softener until you can get to your PCP and have this lump examined closer. Usually constipation is a sign of dehydration, and not enough bowel movements/day. This can lead to hemorrhoids if left uncheck. So visit your PCP/Dr.& get this checked out in person, so you can start feeling better! Don't delay!
