Seronegative : spondyloarthropathy still a consideration. Perhaps plain films with attention to si joints and Ls spine.

Yes: anti double stranded DNA, to try and confirm lupus. anti ssa and ssb, r/o liver or thyroid disease, since sjogren and the latter 2 can cause positive ANA.
