Visit OBGYN: Missing two periods after having a lot of unprotected sex makes 'preggo' a good bet. But see an OBGYN for confirmation and planning. Whether you intend to go to term or not - do not wait. Most of those other 'signs' are possibly connected (or not) but you need to be certain and to keep yourself as healthy as possible. Best!
