MCAS..: One of a group of mast cell disorders characterized by max cell hyperactivity. Sx are: urticaria, flushing, nasal congestion and other respiratory symptoms abdominal symptoms, low blood pressure, muscle pains,among others. It can be triggered by different factors:meds, physical symptoms, alcohol, insect bites(certain), stress, infections, surgical procedures, etc.Immunologist should be consulted.
