Thrombosed hemorrhoi: It is likely a thrombosed hemorrhoid which is a blood clot in your external hemorrhoid. Will ultimately resolve on it's own and re absorb into your system. It can take several days to go away. To to alleviate discomfort a doctor can open it and remove the clot but that is only done to alleviate pain. If it doesn't hurt anymore just leave it alone
