No period: Certainly, the most common cause of a missed period is pregnancy, so if you did have sex months ago, be sure you are not pregnant. If not pregnant, there are other causes including hormonal issues, weight changes, anxiety, etc. etc See the Doctor for an evaluation of your Secondary amenorrhea as it could be medications too if you are on new ones that affect your cycle.
