Extreme menstrual: assuming this is during your normal menses - a good anti inflammatory might help - Aleve (naproxen) or Motrin - or a prescription one might help - start 2-3 days prior to your expected menses. if the US have not shown anything nasty - sometimes birth control pills can help with sever menstrual pain. Check with your family doc or OB/gyn for more advise
