Late period: Possibly - are you on a reliable method of contraception?? - and more importantly - using it??? Not sure a "hard" stomach is a sign of pregnancy but if you have always been "regular" and are sexually active and NOT on a reliable BC method yes you might be pregnant. Time to purchase a home pregnancy test and use the a first morning urine. If that is neg I would wait a week and repeat
