No, too early: Implantation has no clear signs (in spite of what it says online), and doesn't happen until at least 6-7 days after fertilization. It's probably breakthrough bleeding, which is common. if you are TTC a home test is reliable 11-12 days after ovulation or 1-2 days before the expected period. Good wishes.
