How long will my positive hpt results stay on the test for?

Positive results: Assuming you mean the Over the counter Pregnancy tests that change color of have 2 lines etc...The results will always be positive, and are meant to be disposable tests. Over time, the line may fade with aging, but that does not mean you are not pregnant anymore if the line fades in weeks, etc. If the test was positive, see the Dr to Confirm and get evaluated.
