Rash: If you have a fungal infection on the skin, you will see an annula rash (circular) with and elevated scly border. If the infection is under the nails, there with be debris with lifting of the nail.

Fungal infection: There are dozens of different fungal infections, some superficial skin infections, others systemic, some a combination of both. Cannot answer your question as asked. Be more specific and ask again.
