Try HC cream but: you will need to launder again all of the clothing, bed sheets etc which had been exposed to that "new" detergent, otherwise the problem will linger on for awhile. I don't know if you meant that you had the same problem at about the same time last year presumably without exposure to this new laundry. If it is seasonal, see an allergist to find out the trigger.

Get checked: Your doctor can examine the rash and if deemed allergic topical steroids, antihistamines and perhaps oral /injected steroids could be prescribed. Good luck
