Can alcohol cause canker sores? i have an area that hurts between my molars and my cheek. but it seems too big to be a canker sore. idk. please help.

Possibly!: Alcohol is an irritant to mucosal tissue. Depends on your particular sensitivity and on the Proof of the drink and how many exposures to it you've had. What can cause a lesion for you may not for someone else. Be careful...there are other lesions that can mimic canker sores too.
