Could be reflux...: Since it doesn't sound like you are sick, and allergy symptoms would last longer, I wonder if you are having gastro-esophageal reflux. When a little bit of the highly acidic liquid from your stomach sloshes up into the esophagus, it can actually cause hoarseness, spasm of the voice box, cough and wheezing. Check with your doctor.
