Check PRL and E2: Hi. I'd also check prolactin (PRL) and estradiol (E2). They're probably normal, but that should be confirmed, as well as no testicular masses. The most common profile we see in hypogonadal guys is what you have. It looks pituitary in origin (inappropriately normal gonadotropins in face of low testo), but no pituitary disease is known, and other pituitary function is normal. Good luck!
