Yes: I am not sure if you have had testing as to why you have not had a period still. Why was your ovary removed. Is your Rt ovary normal? Please get some testing done. Blood tests and ultrasound is a good place to start. If your Tubes, and Rt Ovary are normal, you should be able to get pregnant.

Yes, a chance but...: You suffer from primary amenorrhea. There are many possible causes. You might be able to have periods (or might not) but it is very unlikely to happen without seeing a doctor for further diagnosis and possible treatment.
