I never had period since birth, i'm 23 now, and i don't have left ovary already , is there any chance i can have a period? and be pregnant?

Yes: I am not sure if you have had testing as to why you have not had a period still. Why was your ovary removed. Is your Rt ovary normal? Please get some testing done. Blood tests and ultrasound is a good place to start. If your Tubes, and Rt Ovary are normal, you should be able to get pregnant.

You might be able to have periods (or might not) but it is very unlikely to happen without seeing a doctor for further diagnosis and possible treatment.
