If dr thinks patient is on blood thinner prescription but patient's not complying, would that affect dr's interpretation of heart cath test as more blockage?

A Thin Excuse: That doesn't affect the doctors interpretation of the heart cath test. It affected the heart's blood vessels by the patient not complying with the medication, thus leading to more blockage! The heart vessels are very small. The heart muscle needs a lot of oxygen. So a blockage can be real serious! Blood thinners aren't perfect but not taking them in this situation is much less than perfect.
