I get upper back pain when standing in a position for to long (20 mins) like after the dishes. i sit a lot and have bad posture lol, is this y?

Exercise: you probably have muscle fatigue from upper back muscle weakness, poor posture and probably have tight chest and front of shoulder muscles. Try yoga which can help you get stronger and looser. Physical therapy could also help you with exercise program. I would start there and see if you do better.
