TOS: ? arm w. "aching pressure", parasthesias & "bulging arm veins". Symptoms suggest Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS). Neck pain is absent, excluding a cervical spine cause. Symptoms suggest neurovascular impingement within costo-clavicular dimension (1 cm high; true thoracic outlet). Impingement of neurovascular bundle (brachial plexus, vein & subclavian artery) occurs in this "soft tissue nutcracker".
