Yes: A variation of 3-7 days around the expected period can happen. Actually your cycle sounds perfect: 10/14-11/12 is 29 days (October is 31 days) and 11/12-12/13 is 31 days (women's periods follow lunar months=menses lunaris)· You may get it tomorrow!
