9 year old seeing dead aunt can describe her in full detail never met or saw what she had on when she died how do we approach this scenario?

I know it is an : inexplicable phenomenon that I've encountered 3 times in children in 38 years of practice. I "knew" when 1 patient & 1 family friend passed away thousands of miles from where I was at the time. I was right both times. Please ask your pediatrician for referral to a child psychologist to determine the intensity of affect or feelings the child has about this "knowledge" to determine treatment.
