Not related: If the murmers in both children have been properly evaluated and determined to be innocent/benign, there should be no concern that they have a structural defect. Your medical issues are likely completely unrelated.

Innocent murmurs: There is no known inheritance issues with innocent murmurs and they tend to resolve with time. Innocent implies no disease. It a sound created within a normal heart and is not a disease. Your symptoms may be entirely separate. Be assessed. I hope all goes well.
