Ejaculatory orgasm?: Many women have ejaculatory orgasms - and the volume of fluid can range from drops to a quart! Can this happen without orgasm? Don't know. I would talk to your doctor about this; she may want to get a urine test to make sure something else isn't going on, like a bladder infection.
