Pyuria: Recurrent yeast infections and Pyuria (white cells in urine) without symptoms is likely due the repeated use of antibiotics. Probiotic use after antibiotic treatment may help withe prevention of yeast infection. If you have no symptoms of a urine infection, then antibiotic treatment for the infection may not be necessary,
