Go 4 IUD check ASAP!: One of the most common causes for sudden change in bleeding pattern and onset of pelvic cramping in IUD users is that the IUD has migrated down to the endocervical canal or has become partially expulsed. Given the amount of bleeding you are having, please seek medical attention ASAP for an examination, IUD check, and possibly other diagnostic testing. Take Care!
