Overactive bladder: Several reasons for frequent peeing besides infection. In fact, no reason to treat asymptomatic bactiuria unless you're pregnant. So if you don't hurt when you pee, then there's no need to look for infection. But we should look for heart failure, diabetes mellitus+insipidus. Since you hurt, consider interstitial cystitis or non-bacterial infection eg fungal or TB (any foreign travel or exposure?
