The Depo: Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) causes irregular bleeding and this could be the cause. It usually is better with the 2nd shot and gone by the 3rd but a small % of women continue to have it as long as they are using it. If you have been using it for a while and this just started, it could be due to an infection or abnormal cells on your cervix and you need to discuss it with your doctor. Hope this helps.

Yeast possible: I can not explain why you have the cuts. It is normal to spot frequently during the first months of using depo. The white bumps may be yeast that has developed due to using pads frequently. I suggest that you see a doctor for a pelvic exam to get a diagnosis and treatment.
