Eczema: Treatment depends on the cause. Eczema from allergies environmental (mold etc) / food responds to eliminating triggers. Keep the skin hydrated with lotion like Amlactin. It is also seen it in strep infections, treating the infection gets rid of the eczema. Can be just skin condition treat w/topical steroid creams, aveeno oatmeal baths. Make sure it is not psoriasis.
