Hm. deficits of...: Could you tell me know what is meant by "deficits"? As in, positive v negative symptoms; or social v occupational functioning difficulties that are problematic, for example. Different folks struggle with different problems with this illness, and the term could mean a variety of things, treated in various ways, depending upon the person.
