Sensitive teeth: exactly what are you doing during work? Are you clenching your teeth? Biting on objects? Exposed to chemicals? A dentist can help you find out what is causing your sensitivity.

Diurnal bruxism: is closely related to stress at your work place. Most people have experienced teeth clenching during the day, but when this clenching becomes chronic and starts to cause pain that it becomes a problem. See your dentist for mouthguard fabrication and see a pain psychologist for CBT.

Clenching: You may be clenching during work, and after work, when your jaw muscles relax, they feel sore. Talk to your Dentist, an Occlusal Orthotic to wear at work may be helpful.
