Gingivostomatitis: While it's possible she has a viral illness, the presence of "pus" deserves a face-to-face evaluation. With the presence of the canker sores, she may not be wanting to eat/drink and there are things that your pediatrician can offer to ease the pain so your child will at least stay hydrated while she's healing.
