Possible reflux?: Feeling bloated and nauseated may be due to GERD (gastroesophageal reflux). This is more likely if you are overweight and tend to eat before bedtime. Try cutting out eating or drinking for 3 hours prior to sleep, eat 4-5 very small meals instead of 2-3 large meals, limit fluids with meals(drink mainly between meals), elevate your body in bed by using a foam rubber wedge. See your Dr if no better.
