I get pains on my right front lower side after i run or work out. the pains goes after a few days and i only feel it when i lie down.

Probably muscular: Sounds like a pulled muscle or tendon type injury. Try stretching prior to working out. You can use nonsteroidals like aspirin or advil (ibuprofen) to relieve the pain if no contraindications
