Embarrassment: Having your dad "catch" you even if you were doing nothing depends much less on you and much more on what's going on in your Dad's head. First of all, even if u were, it is a natural thing and something that your Dad likely had a problem with himself in his life of with his Dad. The real issue is that on some levels you feel your dad won't love you the same. Seek help if u continue to feel so low
