Maybe cyst or infect: I would suggest you go to your family doctor or gynecologist to have it examined. It may be a cyst but it may also be an infection. Regardless, usually, it goes away in a few days but just to make sure it doesn't have to be drained and treated with antibiotics, see your doctor.

Probable cyst of: Gaerner's duct, or skenes duct. They are benign. Safe to use neosporin. See you gyn dr. If it enlrges or continues to bother you.
