Go to eye doctor for: exam! The nose and eyes eyes are connected through the nasolacrimal ducts. (That's the drainage hole on the lower lid )that goes directly into the nose. If you had a bloody nose, a retro grade into the eyes, so the eye doctor will need to test the patency of your nasolacrimal duct & see what is causing you pain.

GO TO ER NOW: I wouldn't take the time to wait for an appointment. Given the fact you are in that much pain that it hurts to blink, I'm concerned that you have increased pressure (likely from an active bleed) around your eye. I think you need a CT scan now, and a possible scoping of your nose. Go to your best area ER. Hopefully they will have an opthalmologist and an ENT specialist on call.
