Mass on neck: The only way to know for certain is to have an FNA (fine needle aspiration). During this procedure a small needle is inserted into the mass and the cells collected are sent to a pathologist for examination. The other option is to have a surgeon remove them. At your young age the chances are great that these are benign. See your doctor.
