May be autoimmune: Your indicated pregnancy; was that recent? A C4 can be elevated if PG somewhat so a "borderline low" C4 may be significant. Your increasing ANA test titer in concert with your joint pain and nasal symptoms suggest the possibility of a "connective tissue" disorder. Thyroid disorders can also be associated with a positive ANA but considser seeing a Rheumatogist to see if a diagnosis can be made.
