Go see ur family doc: It's time to see your family doctor. Tell him/her what you're experiencing. Your family doc may refer you to a psychiatrist or sleep medicine specialist depending upon your other symptoms. But don't ignore & don't self-medicat

Inadequate informati: How old are you? Any associated problems with you? Are you taking medication for any other conditions? You are going to feel odd with sleep deprivation. You need a detailed history and physical to give better guidance.
