BP varies diurnally: BP can vary widely through out the day depending on such things as activity levels, fluid and salt intakes with meals and snacks, etc. Plus, medications themselves have peak effects and then tend to wear off. The fact that you are monitoring your BP is more important than panicking over occasional high BP readings. Your BP is supposed to go up -- the problem is if it doesn't go down.
