Won't hurt...: Your situation is complex. You had multiple periods this month so it is very hard to know what is going on. Plan B and Ella (ulipristal acetate) work by delaying ovulation. They may not work if you have already ovulated. They are not intended for use multiple times each month. Ella (ulipristal acetate) won't hurt you. It's worth taking. But you really need to get on a regular birth control pill so you are protected. Best wishes!
