Possibilities inclu-: de:- 1: Chondritis/Costchondritis of the X process or adjacent ribs; 2: Adjacent structures: Lungs= pneumonia or pleurisy; Heart: Angina or pericarditis; Stomach: gastritis, esophagitis, hiatal hernia; Gall bladder infection/inflammation; 3: Referred pain from the spine due to a disc lesion or spinal stenosis.
