Multiple causes like: Lung issues: pneumonia, etc; Chest wall: pleurisy, rib Fxs, pulled muscles; Esophagus/stomach: inflammation (esophagitis, gastritis, hiatal hernia; Spine: Referred pain from the spine. See your PCP and have yourself investigated Good Luck.

Had an EKG & echo done about a month ago and all test were normal but still endurance chest pain. They say its muscle.Any ideas?
