May be too much: What's your temperature and heart rate? Too much thyroid can elevate heart rate, increase body temperature, increase sweating, and cause you to feel nervous. I'd go off the synthroid (thyroxine) for a few days, and see if your symptoms resolve. If so, you can resume synthroid (thyroxine) at a lower dose. I believe Armour thyroid--a combination of T3 and T4--is more effective. 60 mg Armour = 100 mcg Synthroid (thyroxine).
