Can you transmitt oral gonorrhea by sharing a drink or cigarette?

Less Likely: If you share a drink or a cigarett with someone who has oral gonorrhea its unlikely( but not impossible) for transmission to occur. As far as I know, no case like this has ever been documented so it would be pretty rare. I'd still be careful about this because there are other infections that do easily transmit in this way such as oral herpes and Mono. Best wishes!
