Don'tBogartThatOrgan: That bacterium requires a nice warm moist place to hang out. In the throat that is generally way in the back, so it would take quite an effort to get it on the draw end of a cigarette. Same for a toilet seat or a door knob or the floor shift of your '84 Malibu(well, in most cases). Also, it requires the right type of acceptable tissue to jump on to--again, a nice moist and warm place. Feel better?
