In the throat that is generally way in the back, so it would take quite an effort to get it on the draw end of a cigarette. Same for a toilet seat or a door knob or the floor shift of your '84 Malibu(well, in most cases). Also, it requires the right type of acceptable tissue to jump on to--again, a nice moist and warm place. Feel better?
