Wish we could tell: Billing questions are often confusing and when you add funding sources like SSI and Medicaid - impossible for all but that clinic. Try not to worry - but ask them to explain. With both Medicare and Medicaid you should not have any responsibility. But if you do, you can work things out w/ them. Relax.
