No bad interaction: Reports on interaction risks are not present. You should be okay - but use each only as directed and be sure to mention to the doctor all other medications that you take. Even if they prescribed it. They might not recall everyone's Hx all the time. I hope this helps, but also consider psychotherapy to find support and evaluate the depression. Best!

Elavil (amitriptyline) & Melatonin: Should be ok at low doses, but review with your doctor first.
