Life mods,not meds.: if this isn't cyclical with your periods, might be as simple as wearing the wrong size bra. If you can, be sure that your bra fits right- most department stores have a fitter. Avoiding caffeine and processed foods (things with salt, sugar, artificial stuff) may help. Exercise daily (wear a good sports bra!), and then removing your bra as soon as you get home/don't need it may help. see your doctor
