Many causes: Many things can cause a delayed period including pregnancy, some methods of contraception, other meds, stress, changes in diet, exercise, or weight problems, thyroid disease, insulin resistance/diabetes, autoimmune problems, PCOS, and other diseases. Could be: Could be anovulatory cycle (didn't ovulate, ) irregular ovulation (late) or pregnant (test again.) that covers 99% of the possibilities.
